Our Owner
I am John Denny, owner of Tredway Pools Plus. I am a native of Fort Wayne and a graduate of Indiana University. I have over 27 years of experience with Tredway Pools Plus. As the owner, I am very involved in your pool building experience from start to finish. I sell, design, and help build your pool. I enjoy the whole process of designing and building an outdoor area that fits your wishes and resources. Once the project is complete, I will then spend time with you and your family explaining the pool operation. I make buying and owning a pool simple. My goal is your complete satisfaction, and that Tredway Pools Plus is a name you can trust.
Here at Tredway Pools Plus, we have been designing and building beautiful In-Ground pools for over 40 years. We have partnered with Only Alpha and Trilogy Pools – Only Alpha pools are a local manufacturer here in Fort Wayne – to offer the largest selection of In-Ground pools available. We can custom design near any shape pool to meet your needs. We can also accessorize your pool with the newest technology and endless options from automatic pool covers, heaters, color changing light and water features, to mention a few. Let us design that outdoor entertainment area that would bring smiles and memories to everyone!
Along with In-Ground pools, we also offer Service for your pool or spa. Our retail store sells hot tubs, outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, patio furniture, grills, billiards, above ground pools, and almost any toy or accessory to enhance your back yard.

Our History
Tredway Pools Plus was founded in 1976 by A. John Tredway. Its primary function was the construction of new In-Ground swimming pools. In 1980, Tredway Pools Plus rented its first retail store. In 1984, Tredway Pools Plus constructed a new 3,000 sq ft. store, while our present location was built in 1994. Through the years we have evolved into a full service pool and spa company with a growing emphasis on the retailing of backyard related and home leisure items, all the while maintaining our pool construction interest. In 1996, we again grew, adding 2,500 sq ft. to our retail showroom and added billiards as a product line. In August 2000, A. John Tredway decided to explore new opportunities unrelated to the pool industry, and sold the business to its current owner, John Denny.
In April of 2010 Tredway Pools Plus expanded to southwest Fort Wayne. Opening a seasonal store in Covington Plaza. This store is open 6 days a week from April 1st to September 30th of each year. We share this retail location with the Ski Pole. The Ski Pole occupies the space through the winter. Throughout the winter the Ski Pole continues to sell spa and pool related item for us. We maintain a small display space throughout the winter.
On January 1st, 2014 Tredway Pools Plus again branched out. We acquired Glamour Pools and Spas in Warsaw Indiana. With this expansion westward brings opportunities for inground projects, above ground pools, both Ceramic and infrared grills, billiard tables, patio furniture, hot tubs and our entire offering of pool and spa services.

Conveniently located in north Fort Wayne, Tredway Pools Plus has an 11,500 square foot showroom stocked with products and accessories that will make your home the place to relax and enjoy life.
Our experienced staff is dedicated to assessing each customers desires and then helping individuals and families select the spa, in-ground pool, billiards, or patio furniture specific to their needs.
