All payments are due day of service. In the event payments are not received, a finance charge of 1.75% will be applied to all unpaid balances over 10 days. We require a credit card on file to schedule service. The credit card on file will be used to pay any and all service charges not paid at the time of service. All warranties are based on manufacturing warranties. Customer is responsible for any fees associated with returned checks. Any service call cancelled once the technician has arrived will be assessed a service fee.
Our service rates are not based solely on the amount of time the technician is at your home and the parts used. Like most service companies, our technicians drive to your home which involves vehicle mileage, fuel and the technician’s travel time. Repairs requiring more than one trip can incur an additional trip fee, additional labor and/or parts.
*A $50 cancellation fee will be assessed on all prepaid openings/closings cancelled within 72 hours of scheduled service.
*No refund will be given on any completed openings, closings and/or services.
*No returns or refunds on any electrical parts, chemicals, special order items or liners.
*No cash refunds.

Tredway Pools Plus will ship your product once the final sale has been completed. The expected timetable for a standard delivery will be shipped to the final destination within 3 to 4 days post-sale.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments or installations may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation call from Tredway Pools Plus once your order has been scheduled for delivery and or installation.
Tredway pools plus is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
