All you need to be able to do is dip a test strip into your pool water and compare it to a label. This label will tell you if your chemistry is off and what chemicals you should add. Then you simply add those chemicals! It really is that simple. You will be a master of this in no time at all.

In addition to checking the water chemistry, you will need to take a few minutes each week to brush and vacuum your pool. This shouldn’t take terribly long either and is the easiest part of learning to care for your pool. You can even make it easier on yourself and purchase an automatic vacuum so that you can just hook it up and let it run. You won’t need time to do anything other than connect it at that point.
